Welcome to Clarity Calendar (“the App”), published by TMR / The Masters Reach (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using Clarity Calendar, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About Clarity Calendar
Clarity Calendar is a lunar and solar calendar application designed to help users stay aware of time, cultural traditions, holidays, and daily rhythms through a calm and minimalist experience.
The App may provide:
- Solar and lunar calendar information
- Vietnamese holidays and traditional events
- Daily reflective guidance
- Notes and reminders
- Optional personalized insights based on information you choose to provide
- Premium features available through in-app purchases
The App is intended for informational and personal productivity purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with the laws of your country when using the App.
If you are under the age required to enter into legally binding agreements in your jurisdiction, you must use the App with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Personal Information
Some features may allow you to voluntarily provide information such as:
- Birth date
- Birth time (optional)
- Gender (optional)
- Display name
- Time zone
- Country
Providing this information is entirely optional.
Without this information, you can continue using the core calendar features.
4. Local Data Storage
Unless otherwise stated, your personal information and notes are stored locally on your device.
You remain responsible for:
- maintaining backups of your device,
- protecting access to your device,
- preventing unauthorized access to your personal information.
Deleting the App may permanently remove locally stored data unless it has been backed up through your device’s own backup system.

Clarity Calendar may display daily reflections or personalized guidance.
These contents are intended solely for:
- reflection,
- inspiration,
- cultural awareness,
- mindfulness.
They are not:
- professional advice,
- medical advice,
- legal advice,
- financial advice,
- psychological counseling,
- fortune telling,
- predictions of future events.
You should always rely on qualified professionals when making important medical, legal, financial, or life decisions.
6. Accuracy of Calendar Information
We strive to provide accurate lunar calendar calculations and holiday information.
However, we do not guarantee that every calculation, holiday, auspicious hour, or related information will always be completely accurate under every circumstance.
Users should independently verify important dates before relying on them for legal, religious, business, or ceremonial purposes.
7. Notes and Reminders
The App allows users to create notes and reminders.
You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, or manage within the App.
You agree not to use the App to create or store content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, or infringes upon the rights of others.
8. Premium Features
Certain features require a Premium subscription or other in-app purchase.
Premium purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are governed by the policies of the respective app store.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including but not limited to:
- software,
- user interface,
- graphics,
- icons,
- design,
- written content,
- daily guidance,
- trademarks,
is owned by TMR / The Masters Reach or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:

- distribute,
- reverse engineer,
- resell,
- reproduce
any part of the App except where permitted by law.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the App,
- interfere with its operation,
- attempt unauthorized access,
- exploit vulnerabilities,
- distribute malware,
- use the App for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is detected.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services including:
- Google Play Billing
- Apple App Store
- Firebase Analytics
- Crash reporting services
- Notification services
These services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TMR / The Masters Reach operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

18. Entire Agreement
